All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • Prices for services are provided upon request and depend on the nature of care required.

  • Payments must be made in full before or upon service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or other specified payment methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

  • Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of services.
